HRES 432
Passed House Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary

This resolution establishes the procedural rules for the House to debate and vote on H.R. 2550, which would nullify an executive order relating to exclusions from federal labor-management relations programs. The resolution waives procedural objections to considering the bill and sets one hour of debate time, equally divided between the majority and minority parties. It permits one motion to recommit the bill for further consideration. The resolution requires the House Clerk to transmit the bill to the Senate within one week of passage.
