Protect America's Workforce Act

Introduced Apr 1, 2025

Latest action (Dec 15, 2025) Received in the Senate.

Summary

This bill nullifies an Executive Order titled "Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs" that was issued on March 27, 2025, and prohibits the use of any federal funds to carry out that order. The bill ensures that any collective bargaining agreements between federal agencies and labor organizations that were in effect as of March 26, 2025 remain fully enforceable through the end of their stated term. By doing so, the bill restores the labor-management relations status that existed before the executive order was issued.
