HRES 1336
Passed House Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Waiving a requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII with respect to consideration of certain resolutions reported from the Committee on Rules.

Introduced Jun 3, 2026

Latest action (Jun 4, 2026) Motion to reconsider laid on the table Agreed to without objection.

Summary

This resolution waives a House rule that normally requires a two-thirds vote to consider a report from the Committee on Rules on the same day it is presented to the House. The waiver applies to resolutions reported through June 5, 2026, relating to a reconciliation measure under S. Con. Res. 33. This allows reconciliation-related resolutions to be considered and voted on more quickly.
