HRES 722
Passed House Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary

This resolution sets the procedural rules for House floor consideration of two measures. First, it allows the House to consider H.R. 5371, a bill making continuing appropriations and extensions for fiscal year 2026, with one hour of debate and standard amendment procedures. Second, it allows the House to consider H. Res. 719, a resolution honoring Charles "Charlie" James Kirk, with one hour of debate. The resolution also amends a prior resolution by changing a deadline from March 31, 2026 to January 31, 2026.
