A BILL
To require Federal monitors and receivers of public housing agencies to testify before the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. FEDERAL MONITOR AND RECEIVER TESTIMONY.
Not later than October 1 of each year, any Federal monitor or receiver that has provided oversight of a public housing agency (as such term is defined in section 3(b) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437a(b))) in the previous year shall appear before the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate and present testimony on management oversight of the Federal monitor or receiver. <all>
