SJRES 150
Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary

This joint resolution disapproves of a rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection that would withdraw a rule regarding the limited applicability of a Consumer Financial Protection Act "time or space" exception with respect to digital marketing providers. If passed, the resolution would prevent the withdrawal and keep the digital marketing provider rule in effect. The resolution uses the Congressional Review Act process, under which Congress can disapprove federal agency rules within a specific timeframe.
