Summary

The bill authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to pay for delivery and shipping costs of automobiles adapted for disabled veterans, expanding the existing program that previously covered only the purchase price. The amendment applies to vehicles adapted for operation by individuals with disabilities who are eligible for VA automobile assistance. This allows the VA to cover the full cost of getting an adapted vehicle to an eligible veteran's location.
