Mr. Hill of Arkansas (for himself, Mr. Davis of North Carolina, Mr. Moore of Utah, Ms. Davids of Kansas, Mr. Miller of Ohio, and Mr. Costa) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means

A BILL

To amend title XI the Social Security Act to require the Commissioner to disseminate information related to the ticket to work program to certain individuals.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Ticket to Work Advertisement Act”.

SEC. 2. TICKET TO WORK PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT.

Section 1148(d) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b-19(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(8) Program advertisement.—Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this paragraph, and for each 6-month period thereafter, the Commissioner of Social Security shall disseminate to each disabled beneficiary information relating to participation in the Program.”. <all>
