It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
To repeal provisions relating to notification to Senate offices regarding legal process on disclosure of Senate data, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill would repeal Section 213 of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026, which established notification requirements for Senate offices regarding legal process related to the disclosure of Senate data. The repeal would eliminate the requirement that Senate offices be notified when legal process, such as a subpoena or court order, is served seeking Senate data. No other details of the notification requirements are specified in the bill text provided.
