Summary

The Best Price for Our Military Act of 2025 amends federal procurement law to eliminate a defense contractors can use when submitting cost and pricing data late. Specifically, it eliminates the defense for contractors who submit updates to cost or pricing data after the price agreement date if those updates are based on data more than 30 days old. The bill aims to ensure that the Department of Defense receives current cost and pricing information from contractors. The change applies to both prime contractors and subcontractors in defense contracts.
