HR 400 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
No taxpayer funding for United Nations Human Rights Council Act
To prohibit contributions to the United Nations Human Rights Council, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill prohibits the United States from contributing funds to the United Nations Human Rights Council. The Secretary of State must withhold from U.S. contributions to the regular United Nations budget an amount equal to what would otherwise be allocated to support the Human Rights Council, and is prohibited from making any voluntary contributions to that body.
