Mr. Roy (for himself, Mr. Cloud, Mr. Gosar, Mr. Guest, Mr. Ogles, Mrs. Miller of Illinois, Mr. Stauber, Mr. Biggs of Arizona, and Mr. Crenshaw) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

A BILL

To prohibit United States contributions to the United Nations Population Fund.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “No Taxpayer Funding for the U.N. Population Fund Act”.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON UNITED STATES CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNITED NATIONS POPULATION FUND.

No funds available to the Department of State or any other department or agency may be used to provide contributions directly or indirectly to the United Nations Population Fund. <all>
