To prohibit the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration from accepting warrants for the arrest of aliens as valid proof of identification at aviation security checkpoints, and for other purposes.
Summary
The Crime Doesn't Fly Act of 2025 would prohibit the Transportation Security Administration from accepting Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrest or deportation warrants as valid identification at airport security checkpoints. The bill specifies that ICE Form I-200 (Warrant for Arrest of Alien) and ICE Form I-205 (Warrant of Removal/Deportation) cannot be used as proof of identification for checkpoint screening purposes. An exception would apply to individuals who are being removed from the United States through established immigration procedures, for whom such warrants could still be accepted. The measure establishes that standard forms of identification would be required at aviation security checkpoints instead of immigration enforcement documents.
