HR 1302 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
To amend the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 to clarify propane storage as an eligible use for funds provided under the storage facility loan program, and for other purposes.
Summary
The bill amends the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 to clarify that agricultural producers can use storage facility loan program funds to construct or upgrade propane storage facilities.
