SJRES 57 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Trade Commission relating to ``Negative Option Rule''.
Summary
This joint resolution provides for congressional disapproval of the Federal Trade Commission's Negative Option Rule, which was published in the Federal Register on November 15, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 90476). The resolution invokes the Congressional Review Act, which allows Congress to disapprove agency rules. If passed, the rule would be nullified and would have no force or effect, effectively preventing the FTC from enforcing the Negative Option Rule.
