A BILL
To repeal certain executive orders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Defending American Jobs and Affordable Energy Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS.
(a) In General.—Effective beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, the Executive orders described in subsection (b) shall have no force or effect and no Federal funds may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out those Executive orders.
(b) Executive Orders Described.—The Executive orders referred to in subsection (a) are the following:
(1) Executive order entitled “Unleashing American Energy” issued January 20, 2025.
(2) Executive order entitled “Putting America First in International Environmental Agreements” issued January 20, 2025.
(3) Executive order entitled “Declaring a National Energy Emergency” issued January 20, 2025.
(4) Executive order entitled “Temporary Withdrawal of All Areas on the Outer Continental Shelf from Offshore Wind Leasing and Review of the Federal Government’s Leasing and Permitting Practices for Wind Projects” issued January 20, 2025.
SEC. 3. SAVINGS PROVISION.
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to impair any authority granted to the President. <all>
