Florida Freeze Disaster Assistance Act
To appropriate sums for the Secretary of Agriculture to provide block grants to States for losses of revenue as a consequence of certain freezes or cold weather conditions.
Summary

The assistance covers losses in revenue, quality, or production of crops, trees, bushes, and vines, as well as crops that could not be planted, and includes compensation for multi-year crop losses.
