A BILL

To amend the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 to make additional coverage under the Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program available for crops and grasses used for grazing, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program Enhancement Act of 2025”.

SEC. 2. NONINSURED CROP DISASTER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

(a) In General.—Section 196 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (7 U.S.C. 7333) is amended—

(1) in subsection (a)(1)(A)(ii), by striking “except in the case of crops and grasses used for grazing,”; and

(2) in subsection (l)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “(other than for crops and grasses used for grazing)”.

(b) Regulations.—Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall promulgate regulations to carry out the amendments made by subsection (a). <all>
