To institute a reduction in force moratorium at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill prohibits the National Aeronautics and Space Administration from conducting reduction in force actions until Congress has enacted full-year appropriations for NASA for fiscal year 2026. The moratorium prevents NASA from conducting workforce reductions under specified federal personnel law sections. Once the 2026 appropriations are enacted, NASA would no longer be restricted from conducting such actions.
