A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to make certain members of the Ready Reserve who served on active duty after September 11, 2001, eligible for early retirement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Ready Reserve Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. MODIFICATION OF EARLY RETIREMENT ELIGIBILITY FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF READY RESERVE.
Section 12731(f)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “January 28, 2008” each place it appears and inserting “September 11, 2001”. <all>
