HRES 134 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 185) to advance responsible policies.
Summary
This is a procedural resolution that sets the rules for how the House will consider H.R. 185. It provides one hour of debate equally divided between the majority and minority parties, allows the ranking minority member to offer an amendment, and permits one motion to recommit before a final vote. The resolution waives certain procedural objections and points of order to expedite consideration of the bill. After passage, the House Clerk must notify the Senate within one week. The resolution itself does not enact policy but governs the legislative process for considering H.R. 185.
