Mr. Green of Texas introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

A BILL

Representative Green’s Original Legislation to increase from 9 to 13 the number of justices of the Supreme Court.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXPANSION OF THE SUPREME COURT.

Section 1 of title 28, United States Code, is amended—

(1) by striking “eight” and inserting “twelve”; and

(2) by striking “six” and inserting “eight”. <all>
