A BILL
To provide for continuity in certain contracts during a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Keep America Building Act”.
SEC. 2. CONTINUITY OF CONTRACTS.
No Federal funds may be used to suspend, delay, or interrupt all or part of the work of a project under a contract during any lapse in appropriations or stop all or any part of the work agreed to in such contract. <all>
