To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the clean fuel production credit.
Summary
This bill repeals the clean fuel production credit under the Internal Revenue Code. The credit, established by the Inflation Reduction Act, provides tax incentives for the production of clean hydrogen and other clean fuels. Repealing the credit would eliminate these tax benefits for clean fuel producers. The repeal would be effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.
