A BILL
To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize a public health and bio-preparedness workforce loan repayment program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Public Health and Bio-Preparedness Workforce Loan Repayment Reauthorization Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND BIO-PREPAREDNESS WORKFORCE LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM.
Section 776(i) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 295f- 1(i)) is amended by striking “fiscal years 2023 through 2025” and inserting “fiscal years 2026 through 2030”. <all>
