HR 3336 Introduced Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.
Depot Investment Reform Act of 2025
To amend title 10, United States Code, to modify the minimum capital investment for certain depots of the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.
Summary
This bill modifies how the Department of Defense calculates the minimum capital investment requirement for certain military depots. Currently, the calculation uses data from the preceding three fiscal years; this bill would change it to use data from the preceding fiscal year, the current fiscal year, and estimated amounts for the following fiscal year. This change adjusts the timeframe used to determine capital investment requirements for depot operations.
