Ms. Hageman introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources

A BILL

To prohibit the implementation of the Rock Springs Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON IMPLEMENTATION.

The Secretary of the Interior shall not implement, administer, or enforce the Rock Springs Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan, published by the Bureau of Land Management and dated December 2024. <all>
