Mr. Barr (for himself and Mr. Moore of West Virginia) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Expressing support for the withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That Congress supports the action of the President to withdraw the United States from the Paris Agreement. In the preceding sentence, the term “Paris Agreement” means the decision by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s 21st Conference of Parties in Paris, France, adopted December 12, 2015. <all>
