AN ACT relating to contributions paid into the insurance reserve fund by the Medford fire district
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision 4 of section 2 6-n of the general municipal law, the board of fire commissioners of the 3 Medford fire district, located in the county of Suffolk, is hereby 4 authorized to deposit into the insurance reserve fund of such district 5 an amount not to exceed four hundred thousand dollars in each of the 6 fiscal years two thousand twenty-six, two thousand twenty-seven and two 7 thousand twenty-eight. 8 § 2. All moneys deposited into such insurance reserve fund pursuant to 9 this act shall be used and administered in accordance with section 6-n 10 of the general municipal law. 11 § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
