Summary
Amends the hospital governing board requirements for the manner in which a psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurse will interact with other practitioners. Requires the Indiana state board of nursing to provide a report to the general assembly concerning psychiatric mental health advanced practice registered nurses who practice without a practice agreement. Makes conforming changes.
