Summary
Defines "animal facility". Makes it a Class C infraction if an animal facility fails to have: (1) certain automatic fire sprinkler systems; (2) certain automatic fire alarm systems; or (3) staff present at all times when dogs or cats are on the premises. Requires the state fire marshal to annually inspect certain animal facilities to determine compliance with fire sprinkler and fire alarm laws.
