Summary
This Act delays the effective date of changes made to the trade name registration process made by Senate Bill No. 291 of the 152nd General Assembly and House Bill No. 40 of the 153rd General Assembly. The Act also directs the Department of Revenue to conduct outreach to affected agencies and customers regarding the pending changes.
