Requires the Indiana department of administration to prepare an annual report, beginning July 1, 2022, regarding purchases made by state agencies from the following: (1) A minority business enterprise. (2) A nonprofit agency for individuals with disabilities. (3) A veteran owned small business. (4) A women's business enterprise.
