Summary

Create a new section of KRS 211.672 to 211.678 to establish the Perinatal Advisory Committee to review Kentuckyâs system of perinatal care and make recommendations for the improvement of perinatal outcomes within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; establish duties, membership, and reporting requirements of the committee.
