AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to providing educa- tion and outreach programs related to home visiting programs

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows:

1 Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public health law is 2 amended by adding a new paragraph (t) to read as follows: 3 (t) Home visiting programs which provide support for pregnant and 4 parenting families, and have been proven to improve outcomes for moth- 5 ers, infants, and families. Such information shall include but not be 6 limited to services available from such programs, eligibility, and rele- 7 vant contact information. 8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
