Summary

Provides for a $250 payment in 2022 to members of the Indiana state teachers' retirement fund and public employees' retirement fund from the funds made available to the state under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Provides for an additional $250 payment in 2022 to members of the Indiana state teachers' retirement fund and public employees' retirement fund who received less than $20,000 in retirement benefits during calendar year 2020. Makes an appropriation to the board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system.
