Summary
Amend KRS 63.210 to change the procedure for filling a vacancy in the office of county judge/executive, requiring the Governor to choose an appointee from a list of three names submitted by the county executive committee of the same political party as the county judge/executive who held the vacant seat; amend KRS 67.705 to conform.
