Summary
Defines "rare disease" as a disease that affects fewer than 200,000 people in the United States. Establishes a rare disease advisory council (council). Provides for appointment of the members of the council. Requires the council to fulfill certain duties for the benefit of patients with rare diseases. Requires the council to submit an annual report to the governor and the members of the senate health and provider services committee and the house public health committee.
