Summary

Propose an amendment to Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky increasing the homestead exemption up to an assessed valuation of $100,000 for owners with a permanent and total 100 percent service-connected disability rating by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs; make the exemption transferrable upon death to the surviving spouse; provide for the continued biennial inflation indexing of the homestead exemption; make various typographical changes of a nonsubstantive nature; state ballot question; submit to voters.
