Create the Task Force on Election Security to examine the security of Kentucky elections, examine current election security processes in place and actions by other states, and investigate the use of statewide risk limiting audits; outline the membership; require the task force to meet at least 4 times during the 2022 interim; require the task force to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2022.
