Summary
Specifies that the state fair advisory committee (committee) is required to report to the legislative council before December 1 following its annual review of the budgets and accounts of the state fair commission and the state fair board. Requires the legislative services agency to provide staff for the committee. (Current law requires the department of agriculture to provide staff for the committee.)
