Summary
This bill would modify provisions relating to hospital investments and Lyme disease monitoring in Missouri. The bill would increase the investment authority of municipal hospitals in third-class cities and hospital district hospitals, allowing up to 50% of unused operating funds to be invested (up from 25%), with remaining funds subject to state treasurer investment rules.
