Summary
Changes the legislative session cycle beginning in 2024 to: (1) eliminate the second regular session of the general assembly; and (2) require a regular session of the general assembly to adjourn sine die not later than May 15 of any odd-numbered year thereafter. Makes technical and conforming changes.
