Summary
Establishes the workforce development board grant program and the workforce development board grant program fund. Requires the department of workforce development to annually award grants to each of the 12 workforce development boards in Indiana. Specifies that grants must be used to: (1) serve individuals that are not eligible for services; and (2) leverage existing funding; under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. Makes an appropriation.
