Summary
Amend KRS 337.010, 342.650, and 341.055 to remove the current exemption or exclusion of certain home or community-based services waiver providers from the definition of "employee" for payment-of-wage statutes, from coverage in regards to workers 'compensation, and from the definition of "covered employment" for unemployment compensation purposes under KRS 341250(3) or (4) respectively.
