Summary
Amends the licensure applicability provision for veterinarians to include registration and permits for veterinary technicians. Requires certain individuals to submit to both a state and national background check. Allows the state police department to release the results of a national criminal history background check to an authorized employee of the board of animal health. Makes a technical correction.
