Summary
The bill requires the Colorado water conservation board (board) to establish one or more remote wildfire camera technology pilot programs. The board must acquire or contract for a system of remote pan-tilt-zoom cameras and associated tools to provide a live feed of information that can detect, locate, and confirm ignition in the wildland-urban interface.
