Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 83 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local government investment pool, so as to require certain pooled investments to be approved by the State Depository Board; to exempt certain pooled investments from such approval; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
