Amend KRS 434.415 to define the terms "airbag," "counterfeit supplemental restraint system component," "nonfunctional airbag," and "supplemental restraint system"; prohibit the use of counterfeit airbags or components; set forth penalities for the use of counterfeit airbags or components; set forth exception.
