Summary
Provides that an identifying symbol for a medical condition on a driver's license, permit, or identification card may also be used to indicate an autism spectrum disorder. Requires an application for a driver's license, a permit, or an identification card to enable an applicant to indicate that the applicant has a medical condition of note and wishes to have information concerning the medical condition accessible to the state police department. Requires the bureau of motor vehicles (BMV) to disclose this information to the state police department. Requires the state police department to enter the information into the Indiana data and communications system computer. Prohibits the BMV and state police department from disclosing the information.
